These terms govern your use of rpmserviceview.com and the RPM Filter customer portal (together, the “Services”), provided by RPM Filter LLC (“RPM Filter”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Your service agreement comes first
Filter service, pricing, schedules and invoices are governed by your organization’s service agreement or purchase orders with RPM Filter. If those documents conflict with these terms, they control.
Portal accounts
- Portal access is by invitation only, for people your organization or RPM Filter authorizes.
- Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without permission.
- Your organization’s administrator can add or remove users and change which locations they see.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access, or try to access, another organization’s data or any part of the Services you are not authorized to use;
- probe, scan or test the Services for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- interfere with the Services, including by uploading malicious code or overloading them;
- scrape the Services or copy them in bulk by automated means; or
- use the Services for anything unlawful.
Your information
Your organization’s service records belong to your organization. You give us permission to store, process and display what you submit, such as requests, comments and photos, so we can provide the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Our content
The Services, including their design, software, text and branding, belong to RPM Filter and its licensors. You may use them only to view and manage your organization’s service with RPM Filter. You may download reports and photos for your organization’s own internal use.
Accuracy and availability
The portal reflects records from our field-service system, normally updated nightly. We work to keep it accurate and available, but information may be delayed or incomplete, and the Services may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. If something looks wrong, contact us and we will check it against our records.
Disclaimers
Except as stated in your service agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RPM Filter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability arising from the Services themselves is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit any obligations we have under your service agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services if these terms are breached, to protect the Services or other customers, or when your organization stops being an RPM Filter customer. Your organization can ask us to close its portal accounts at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell portal users by email or in the portal. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
